When some one dies

Sadly, it is one of life’s inevitabilities that one day you will have to arrange or help arrange a funeral for your loved one.

We would like to give some assistance in to understanding the process and how we can help your family during this difficult time. If you chose to contact us to help you one of our dedicated team will be with you and guide you through the full process. Each family is unique and our staff will do their best to help accommodate requests.

You will be asked the following questions :
Full name of deceased
Your full name
Your relationship to the deceased
Your Contact Telephone number
Your address and postcode

Deceased’s details:
Age? Date of birth
Their address and postcode
Date of death
Place of death
Has a death certificate or verification form been issued
When can we uplift your loved one.

You will be informed of where your loved one will be cared for, and will be guided through the new registration procedure.

We will answer any questions you may have and we will require payment at this stage, by a debit card, BACS, or other suitable means, so that we can then provide you with full, agreed details by email or post.

On completion of the above, our highly-trained client-service team member will contact you to arrange transfer of your loved-one into our care.

We ensure all paperwork is in order and your loved-one will then be prepared for cremation in our own state-of-the-art mortuary.
Once registration of death has been completed by you we shall then, take your loved-one to be cremated.
Simply Cremated does not mean any loss of respect, we will not cut corners.

Proceedings will, at all times, be conducted in accordance with our high standards and renowned attention to detail.
